Start.

Today. Is the first day i am really going to try and stay completely devoted to trying to stay healthy and look my best (and feel my best). There are so many reasons why i need to tone up and lose some weight. Here's a list of a few...
                                      1) PROM is not too far away.
                                      2) SUMMER.bikinis.shorts.
                                      3) to be more body confident.
                                      4) cuter and more outfits.
                                      5) i overall look and feel better.
